The pricing include all of the amenities and general services listed, as well as independence, peace of mind, security, and individuality!

Studio Apartment:
One occupant       starting at $2,070.00/ per month

One Bedroom:
One occupant       starting at $2,440.00/ per month

One Bedroom:
Two related occupants    starting at $3,040.00/ per month or $1,520.00/ per person

Two Bedroom Apartment:
One occupant       starting $2,730.00/ per month

Two Bedroom Apartment:
Two related occupants    starting $3,330.00/ per month or $1,665.00/ per person

* There is no yearly contract or annual buy-in. All rent is collected on a monthly basis.

Beauty/Barber Shop, available at resident’s expense.   The Beautician is here two days a week :

– Tuesday (all day);
– Saturday (evening);

* men and womens’ hair cut: $12.00; Perms are $45.

Personal laundry services are available at a charge of $25.00 per month. Weekly linen service is provided at no charge.

Telephone and renters insurance are not included in the monthly rent.

There is a refurbishing fee of $300.00, charged one time only for cleaning, painting and other such repairs after resident leaves facility.  This charge is billed on the first months’ rent.

Special Provisions:

Trips such as movies, restaurants, shopping, etc: is at the residents’ expense.

Transportation can be provided for doctor’s appointments - the first trip each month at no charge and any thereafter, there will be a $15.00 charge.

Meals may be delivered to apartments under special circumstances such as illness; there will be a $2.00 charge per meal. 

Guest meals are available at $5.00 per person with prior notification including number of guests.
